OUR FOUNDER
Dayna S. Morris is the founder of The Mavin Group, LLC. Ms. Morris has provided operational and strategic revenue cycle advisory services for major U.S. hospital systems, children's hospitals, cancer centers, single and multi-state group practices, long term acute care facilities (LTAC), and multi-facility provider systems. She has extensive experience designing and implementing revenue improvement projects for portfolio companies of investors, lending partners, and revenue cycle technology / outsource companies.
Ms. Morris has comprehensive knowledge of the components of the revenue cycle continuum, with a deep commitment to both patient registration improvements within patient access and cash collection practices within patient financial services. Throughout her career she has worked shoulder to shoulder with her clients during their technology system enhancements and organizational changes, delivered results in the boardroom, and given staff the level of training needed to perform day to day functions. She has guided investors, C-suite executives, VPs and all levels of staff through the steps of revenue cycle transformation.
Ms. Morris worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Quintiles (IQVIA), Honeywell, and FTI Consulting. She earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University in New York.
